Welcome to our community
You know, I hate joining people’s email lists, so I am thrilled – and a little surprised that you are here! In fact, I consider it a privilege that you have signed up to hear from me.
I always had a deep desire to learn how to create and nurture a life that I feel alive, excited, and inspired by. I have been on this journey for the past 25 years, I have helped people who seem to have it all, decorated lawyers, physicians, hedge fund manager, movie stars, other therapists and their families, and I always feel like I am just getting started, and in so many ways I am.
One of my greatest joys in life is that I get to learn as I teach and vice versa and I am so excited you are here on this journey with me.
I am also a mother of 3, relishing in a marriage that almost didn’t sustain, struggling to finish my book! I live a very human life…
I’m glad you’re here.
